Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead troubleshooting and root-cause diagnostics for complex EPI process, yield, and integration problems using analytics, equipment, and systematic FV troubleshooting methods.
  • •Partner with customers to understand high value problems and propose/implement continuous improvement projects that improve customer KPIs.
  • •Improve CSA value through defect/variability/COO reduction and PM/process Cpk/matching/output optimization, and identify CSA renewal/upsell opportunities.
  • •Drive adoption of new service technologies (including FabVantage offerings) through demos, on-site evaluations, and joint development programs.
  • •Mentor/lead junior MPEs and demonstrate advanced integration knowledge across multiple processes and technologies.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 192,500 annually
