Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering activities across software architecture, requirements, designs, complex solutions, and testing/integration.
  • •Lead and approve the software development plan (architecture, major components, and delivery milestones) with program and FSL teams.
  • •Ensure software teams develop, document, and maintain architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and simulation framework designs.
  • •Collaborate with FSL hardware teams to support first-time quality in integrated simulation and lab products.
  • •Coordinate across multiple scrum teams, collect and prioritize customer inputs, and perform technical design reviews to maintain software quality and commonality.
