Beverage Equipment Service Tech A

Provide efficient repair service for beverage equipment across an assigned territory, supporting vendors, coolers, and fountain systems while representing PBV with exceptional customer service. Diagnose, educate, and support customers; perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to meet quality and revenue objectives. Maintain equipment using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing tools, manage parts and call details via handheld computer and systems, and coordinate daily work reassignment and truck/vehicle compliance.
