Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and ensure the accuracy of the setting out of construction works.
  • •Conduct and close topographic surveys to acceptable tolerances; cross-check survey stations and control points for anomalies.
  • •Calibrate survey equipment with an approved professional party before survey works and at required intervals; maintain control point databases.
  • •Report damaged/missing control points and identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions; review and approve shop drawings for compliance.
  • •Perform survey checks on coordinates, alignment, and levels upon casting every slab and check structure settlement against design limits; implement corporate policies and procedures.
