Job Summary

Provide strategic technology consultancy to TSE Technology Solutions clients and help define and document technology strategies for venues, sports, and entertainment environments. Lead and deliver technology solutions projects spanning advisory, design, delivery, operations, and intelligence, including infrastructure, digital, and data services. Build relationships with internal experts, clients, and partners, contribute to business development and tender documentation, and support vendor and integrator collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support early client consulting engagements, providing guidance and technology strategies for venue, sport, and entertainment environments.
•Oversee and deliver technology solutions projects across TSE service offerings including advisory, design, delivery, operations, and intelligence.
•Develop and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts, external clients, and partners to improve offerings and efficiency.
•Contribute to business development and sales by identifying prospects, generating leads, developing opportunities, and supporting tender documentation.
•Cross-sell and up-sell TSE services to assigned clients and maintain client satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Key Requirements

•Information Technology related degree or relevant experience.
•Demonstratable experience in technology consulting, business strategy, or a similar field.
•Experience delivering technology hardware and software projects.
•Experience in the sports, entertainment, or major events sectors.
•Formal project management qualification is desirable (PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent).
