Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of finance professionals across different EMEA locations.
  • •Own and coordinate the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
  • •Deliver management reporting including P&L performance, variance analysis, and KPIs.
  • •Lead forecasting cycles and maintain an up-to-date view of business performance.
  • •Coordinate and deliver the annual Profit Plan process and consolidate stakeholder inputs into structured outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/MBA beneficial).
  • •Strong experience in finance operations, FP&A, or controlling.
  • •Proven track record leading teams within complex organisations.
  • •Experience managing change, ambiguity, and high workloads.
  • •Experience in multi-entity / multi-currency environments with strong systems knowledge (SAP preferred).
