Job Summary

Ensure clients’ packaged application technologies (e.g., ERP and middleware) run reliably by monitoring, investigating, and resolving incidents, service requests, and alerts. Handle L2 support with medium complexity while staying within SLAs, updating tickets and logging incidents. Coordinate with other teams and clients for escalations, execute and document change management, and contribute to automation efforts, trend analysis, maintenance, and disaster recovery readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and alerts.
•Provide L2 second-line support for ERP/middleware issues without breaching SLAs.
•Update tickets with resolution tasks and promptly log incidents.
•Coordinate with clients and other teams for escalations and extended support.
•Execute carefully documented, approved change management activities and support trend analysis for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience managing platforms, including ERP, middleware, and other business-critical software.
•Moderate managed services experience, including knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks, perform change management duties, and troubleshoot effectively.
•Ability to plan activities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.
