Lead and manage factory quality at NVIDIA suppliers in East China, overseeing NPI and mass production, conducting supplier audits, driving root cause analysis, and implementing continuous improvements. Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure supplier quality aligns with NVIDIA standards and performance metrics, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality components.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Handle and lead all aspects of the factory quality onsite of manufacturers, including NPI and mass production with cross function teams.
•Ensure manufacturers stay in sync with quality requirements of NVIDIA products.
•Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
•Lead and facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address quality issues with manufacturers.
•Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics and scorecards to track and supervise supplier quality performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, assembly or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality role. Cable and connector experience would be a plus.
•Shown experience in supplier quality management, including supplier selection, evaluation, and development.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, successfully collaborate with suppliers and internal partners.
•Shown leadership skills, lead multi-functional teams and get results.
