Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safety and environmental rule adherence and sponsor related procedures.
  • •Partner with business, operational, site, and technology collaborators to elicit, prioritize, validate, and communicate business requirements aligned to program objectives.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, translating needs into functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
  • •Conduct collaborator analysis, business process reviews, impact assessments, and requirements-gathering to define scope and support readiness planning across impacted sites.
  • •Collaborate with project, change management, and technical delivery teams to support solution build/testing/deployment readiness, training, and adoption of new capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise transformation, cybersecurity/technology, or business readiness programs.
  • •Proven ability to lead collaborator analysis, impact assessments, business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation across business units.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex organizational and technological challenges, identify root causes, and evaluate solution options.
  • •Working knowledge of Portfolio/Program/Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and business analysis tools, techniques, and guidelines.
