Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow’s agent surfaces across the AI Assistant, MCP-connected agents, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath.
  • •Make the agent surfaces work as one by sequencing work, building shared primitives for 1st- and 3rd-party agents, and keeping teams aligned.
  • •Define the quality bar for agent experiences, including evals, guardrails, and metrics for non-deterministic outputs.
  • •Balance developer-grade and creator-facing experiences, serving both audiences at once.
  • •Represent the agent area to leadership and drive alignment across Engineering, GTM, and other partners independently while rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA college degree or relevant experience.
  • •8+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in AI-powered systems and owning strategy for large, ambiguous areas.
  • •Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility, including hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
  • •Set the bar for “good” on non-deterministic products by defining evals, guardrails, and success metrics and driving the team to hold them.
  • •Serve both developer-grade and approachable creator experiences, balancing needs without shortchanging either.
