Job Summary

Drive business development and growth for industrial goods system sales by supporting existing projects, expanding market share, and managing key accounts. Conduct market assessments and deep-dive reports for related rigid/PU composite applications (including EWH, CRRC), identify commercial and technical opportunities, and develop routes-to-market for new downstream applications. Lead Electric Water Heat sales delivery, build strong key-account relationships with TD/TS teams, and deliver 3-year sales planning with ongoing performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver business development targets and growth for system sales by supporting existing projects and KA management, and exploring new downstream applications.
•Ensure compliance with Huntsman HPU policy and local EHS regulations.
•Conduct market assessments/deep-dive reports for industrial goods projects (including EWH and CRRC) and propose suitable project development planning.
•Identify commercial and technical opportunities for new products/customers; devise routes-to-market and expand into new downstream using China marketing and technical development resources.
•Own Electric Water Heat sales delivery, continuously enhance market share and profitability, and create/monitor 3-year sales planning aligned with company PU strategy.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree preferred; chemical-related major preferred.
•More than 10 years of PU market working experience; at least 5 years commercial experience in rigid fields.
•PU rigid system knowledge and preferred appliance application knowledge.
•Fluent written and spoken English plus strong presentation skills.
•Strong cross-functional communication and coordination, relationship building with key accounts, and leadership skills.
