Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and execute the Rovo Chat product vision and roadmap aligned with Atlassian’s AI strategy and user needs.
  • •Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow chat adoption and engagement (MAU) balancing user value and business outcomes.
  • •Drive development of intelligent multi-turn chat experiences connecting users to knowledge across first- and third-party sources.
  • •Partner across engineering, design, data science, GTM, and enterprise teams to deliver features from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • •Define and monitor success metrics for chat quality and adoption and champion responsible AI practices.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years as a Product Manager or in a similar role with exposure to AI/ML-powered products, conversational systems, or search experiences.
  • •Uses AI tools daily to prompt, iterate, evaluate outputs, draft specs, analyze data, and create prototypes.
  • •Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and conversational systems; comfortable collaborating with data scientists and engineers.
  • •Experience building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in collaboration, productivity, or developer tooling domains.
  • •Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and business requirements into product strategies.
