Job Summary

Join our backend platform team to build and scale the infrastructure powering an AI-native social engineering defense platform. You’ll work on self-hosted Elasticsearch on Kubernetes, IaC with Terraform, staging environments, and observability tooling to ensure reliable, rapid releases at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain the infrastructure required to rapidly scale engineering efforts for the platform.
•Operate self-hosted Elasticsearch in Kubernetes to enable real-time search across large datasets.
•Define and manage core infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) for reproducible, version-controlled environments.
•Establish and maintain a dedicated staging environment to enable safer releases and automated integration testing.
•Implement observability tooling (metrics, logging, distributed tracing) to improve debugging and reliability at scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience building backend infrastructure at scale with Kubernetes and Elasticsearch
