Key Responsibilities

•Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, savings bonds, cashier’s checks, and negotiable instruments.
•Cash checks and examine documents for endorsements and negotiability; process transfers between accounts.
•Sell traveler’s checks, official checks, money orders, and process credit card cash advances.
•Verify, balance, and secure cash daily; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly while following teller procedures and compliance requirements.
•Provide courteous customer service, resolve inquiries, maintain customer privacy, cross-sell bank products, and complete accurate reports/records.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred.
•Previous Teller experience preferred.
•Understanding of bank operations preferred.
•Good communication, professional appearance, good math and typing skills, and ability to operate related business equipment.
