Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, savings bonds, cashier’s checks, and negotiable instruments.
  • •Cash checks and examine documents for endorsements and negotiability; process transfers between accounts.
  • •Sell traveler’s checks, official checks, money orders, and process credit card cash advances.
  • •Verify, balance, and secure cash daily; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly while following teller procedures and compliance requirements.
  • •Provide courteous customer service, resolve inquiries, maintain customer privacy, cross-sell bank products, and complete accurate reports/records.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred.
