Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical bridge to strategic customers, providing credibility on calls and in person
  • •Scope how Ava fits into each customer’s GTM stack, including what to replace, integrate, and optimize workflows
  • •Engineer customer-specific features and integrations across the TypeScript full-stack codebase
  • •Manage end-to-end implementation and drive adoption in collaboration with customer success
  • •Travel to customer sites for in-person discovery, scoping, and onboarding (up to 50%)

Salary: USD 175,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as a forward-deployed/solutions engineer, field engineer, or full-stack engineer
  • •Strong TypeScript experience across the stack (Node.js, React, or similar frameworks)
  • •Comfortable leading technical conversations with RevOps leaders and sales teams
  • •Ideally experience integrating with CRMs, marketing automation tools, and sales tech (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
  • •Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) to meet customers where they are
