Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Microsoft 365 operational initiatives, governance efforts, and platform improvements across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.
  • •Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • •Maintain and improve runbooks, knowledge articles, process documentation, and operational procedures.
  • •Support identity and access governance activities including RBAC, MFA, PIM, role assignments, and access reviews.
  • •Coordinate intake, tracking, and implementation workflow for Microsoft 365 integration requests, and support rollout testing and post-implementation follow-up.

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 83,000

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 technologies in a corporate environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • •Experience working in enterprise ITSM environments such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
  • •Knowledge of identity and access governance (RBAC, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access).
  • •Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills in Agile/Scrum settings.
