Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships across relevant individuals in the district and perform regular customer visits
  • •Manage, coach, and direct all customer engineers in the district, including salary and career planning, corrective actions, objectives, performance appraisals, and formal employee updates
  • •Serve as the prime interface with product divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability) and initiate business reports as needed
  • •Monitor the CSD Award Program and the mentor program for new engineers; execute escalation procedures
  • •Own account planning and support plans with District Sales Engineer and CSD Management, manage district financial forecasting and cost efficiency, and oversee system installation and RMA procedures

Salary: 112,000 - 154,000
