Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew onboarding and training.
  • •Assist with mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Work show days and non-show days, including weekdays and weekends, to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
  • •Support the Venue Sustainability Manager and Supervisor with educational support to venue crew members and fans.
  • •Maintain a clean sorting area and help with post-show pick after each event; other as-needed tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 18 hourly

  • •Be able to walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift/carry 50+ lbs., with most time spent sorting materials on show days.
  • •Not be afraid to get dirty or be around unpleasant odors.
  • •Be able to work outside in variable weather.
  • •Have strong time management and be able to work late hours when needed.
  • •Maintain a positive attitude, work well with other departments, and be a team-oriented problem solver.
