Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to final handover, ensuring milestones are met within approved timelines.
  • •Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
  • •Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts, tracking costs and reviewing contractor bills, change orders, and expenditures.
  • •Manage stakeholder relationships and run regular project review meetings, presenting progress updates and resolving issues.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and HSE practices; maintain risk registers and provide status reporting and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
  • •15–20 years of experience in project management.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale projects worth ₹100 Cr+ (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, data centers, industrial, commercial fit-out, EPC, or engineering projects.
  • •Experience managing multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project teams; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is an advantage.
