Senior Manager, HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment)

Lead the Health, Safety & Environment organization to build an injury-free workplace culture. Develop and implement HS&E management systems, set and interpret action plans to reach HS&E targets, and oversee incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Communicate performance through site scorecards and masterplans, manage reporting to corporate systems, and leverage digital tools to continuously improve HS&E systems, training, and staffing plans.
