  • •デリバリーを中心としたPMOとして、計画策定から実行支援を担当し、クライアントやプロジェクトの現場を統括する。
  • •提案・企画段階からの支援・業務を担い、案件企画・立上げ支援を含めた全体最適のデリバリーを推進する。
  • •発注者・ベンダー間の調整・合意形成のファシリテーションを実施する。
  • •進捗・課題・リスク・品質管理を実務として実施し、デリバリーの品質を担保する。
  • •会議体運営・調整を行い、プロジェクトの透明性と効率性を高める。
