Key Responsibilities

•Use manufacturing and assembly experience in structures to coach mechanics, drive process improvements, and solve problems in support of the Boeing Production System
•Analyze and interpret performance and quality data to identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system
•Conduct assessments of processes and practices to identify improvement opportunities and risks
•Provide feedback on assessment results and help implement opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
•Assist manufacturing managers and team leads with Structured On the Job Training and training solutions to improve employee understanding and skills

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with Structures Assembly and Mechanical Assembly
•10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
•Ability to work 2nd shift
•Experience with aircraft assembly processes (preferred)
•Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
