Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack software engineers; manage hiring, onboarding, performance, and career development.
  • •Own technical strategy and architecture for applications enabling image processing, inspection automation, and data-driven decision making.
  • •Partner with process engineering, equipment teams, and SMAI stakeholders to align priorities and translate requirements into robust software.
  • •Manage project planning, capacity allocation, and delivery timelines across concurrent workstreams.
  • •Establish engineering best practices (code quality, testing standards, CI/CD, documentation) and support 24/7 Level 3 on-call for manufacturing SMAI applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • •7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • •2+ years in a people management or technical leadership role, including building and scaling engineering teams.
  • •Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming with C#, Python, Java (or similar) and software architecture for scalability.
  • •Hands-on full-stack development with front-end frameworks (Angular/React/etc.), backend services/APIs, and experience with image processing/computer vision or machine learning projects.
