Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze reported software system problems, validate solutions, and create troubleshooting plans to determine root cause for rapid resolution of systemic issues.
  • •Install and configure software and images on early learning shipments, new product introductions, and first-in-fab tools; perform first-of-kind installs and develop software procedures.
  • •Collect and incorporate customer test scenarios, build simulators, and execute test plans to validate software releases and investigate internal/external application and systems issues.
  • •Create, test, and verify installation and upgrade instructions for product releases; resolve customer high value problem investigations, systematic bugs, and software failures.
  • •Engage customers with training and support, consult on factory automation scenarios, assist with OS performance/integration/database management issues, and deliver updates and reports to stakeholders.
