Key Responsibilities

  • •Observe safety rules and hygiene regulations while performing fabrication operations.
  • •Receive work assignments and perform initial machine set-up for PLC, analog, or manual controlled equipment.
  • •Operate machinery to produce parts and interpret work orders, Kanban cards, and drawings.
  • •Complete required paperwork and system transactions; inspect final components against specifications.
  • •Perform operator maintenance, report abnormal situations, submit maintenance work orders, and support daily TPM/5S activities (including on-the-job training for new operators).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
  • •No immigration sponsorship or support for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 portability).
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military exempt).
  • •Able to lift 35 pounds (waist, shoulder, overhead) and maintain proven safe work habits and good attendance.
  • •Must be able to set up and operate PLC, analog, or manual controlled machines and interpret work orders/drawings (including blueprints preferred).
