Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute technical programs to reduce industrialization scale-up risks for critical equipment and processes.
  • •Lead projects by defining objectives, developing work plans, and building on past advances in breakthrough materials used in ELYSIS processes.
  • •Provide data-based guidance for equipment and process design to reduce overall industrialization risk.
  • •Assist with development of technical specifications for materials and key commercial-scale equipment, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Apply fundamental engineering principles to practical lab, pilot, and commercial-scale solutions and perform root-cause analysis for material, process, or production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Ceramics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
  • •5-10 years of relevant work experience related to ceramic materials or processes
  • •Demonstrated knowledge in ceramic sintering processes, processing equipment and scale-up
  • •Proven project execution and management skills
  • •Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills for data management, analysis, and results presentation
