Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation, review, and implementation of transportation, infrastructure, and urban planning strategies.
  • •Conduct transportation planning studies, traffic assessments, and mobility analyses; evaluate demand, network performance, and capacity requirements.
  • •Coordinate planning activities with internal departments, consultants, developers, and government entities; monitor project alignment to objectives.
  • •Review planning submissions, development applications, and infrastructure proposals to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, policies, and legislation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Geography, or a related field.
  • •Master's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • •8–12 years of relevant experience in urban, transportation, infrastructure, or municipal planning.
  • •Demonstrated experience preparing planning studies, mobility strategies, and infrastructure development plans.
  • •Proficiency with GIS, planning software/transportation modeling tools, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
