Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and record expenses accurately using appropriate software or tools.
  • •Analyze cost data to identify trends, improvement areas, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • •Assist in preparing regular cost reports for managers and senior management with expenditure and budget insights.
  • •Ensure purchasers obtain up-to-date and accurate prices by comparing supplier quotations.
  • •Prepare food & beverage variance analysis (Actual vs. Standard), present monthly actual food cost reports, support monthly closing, and perform restaurant stock takes, visits, and audits; post results and inventory valuation reports in the system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •1-2 years of experience, preferably in Hospitality & Restaurants fields.
  • •Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with cost control principles is preferred (not required).
