Job Summary

Track and record expenses accurately and analyze cost data to uncover trends, improvement areas, and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses (including food & beverage Actual vs. Standard), support procurement price accuracy, and deliver monthly reporting to Operations managers and the executive chef. Perform monthly closing, restaurant stock take participation, visits/audits for food and beverages, and maintain system postings and inventory valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Track and record expenses accurately using appropriate software or tools.
•Analyze cost data to identify trends, improvement areas, and cost-saving opportunities.
•Assist in preparing regular cost reports for managers and senior management with expenditure and budget insights.
•Ensure purchasers obtain up-to-date and accurate prices by comparing supplier quotations.
•Prepare food & beverage variance analysis (Actual vs. Standard), present monthly actual food cost reports, support monthly closing, and perform restaurant stock takes, visits, and audits; post results and inventory valuation reports in the system.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•1-2 years of experience, preferably in Hospitality & Restaurants fields.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with cost control principles is preferred (not required).
