Job Summary

Lead technical pre-sales for ZainTECH’s Intelligent pillar, designing end-to-end Microsoft AI and Data architectures, guiding discovery, PoC development, and proposals, and partnering with sales and delivery teams to move deals from qualification to close. Bring deep hands-on experience with Azure AI, Fabric, Power Platform, and regulatory governance to craft credible, scalable solutions across AI readiness, analytics, and agentic AI. You will articulate technical value to CIOs and architects, mentor junior presales engineers, and stay current on Microsoft roadmap to differentiate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical solution design for AI and Analytics engagements across the Intelligent pillar value chain, including AI Readiness, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
•Architect end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft platform (Azure AI Services, Fabric, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) and design data platform architectures using Fabric, Synapse, and Purview.
•Develop generative AI solution architectures with RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and vector retrieval using Azure AI Search.
•Design agentic AI architectures with Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and multi-agent orchestration with governance and safety controls.
•Produce technical solution documentation (architecture diagrams, BOMs, roadmaps) and define non-functional requirements aligned with Well-Architected Framework.
•Lead customer-facing technical engagements, including discovery workshops, architecture walkthroughs, PoCs/PoVs, and executive briefings.
•Own the technical win strategy for AI/Analytics opportunities, and produce presales deliverables (scopes, effort estimates, proposals, RFP responses).

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or hands-on delivery of data and AI solutions, with at least 4 years focused specifically on Microsoft Azure AI and Data services.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (mandatory).
•Deep hands-on expertise across the Microsoft AI and Data platform: Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Speech, Vision, Language), Azure Machine Learning (Designer, Pipelines, MLflow integration, Managed Endpoints, Responsible AI dashboard), Azure AI Foundry (prompt flow, model catalog, evaluation, deployment orchestration), Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Data Engineering with Spark, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Intelligence, Power BI), Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for agentic and workflow-driven AI solutions, Data governance tooling: Microsoft Purview (data catalog, lineage, classification, sensitivity labeling).
•Proven experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions including RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, prompt engineering patterns, fine-tuning workflows, and grounding strategies using Azure AI Search or equivalent vector retrieval systems.
•Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and at least one ML framework (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) for building and demonstrating ML solutions.
