Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced structural repairs following Lucid repair procedures and engineering specifications.
  • •Diagnose structural damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement requirements.
  • •Restore corrosion protection, seam sealers, adhesives, and other required materials after structural repairs.
  • •Maintain structural repair equipment, welding equipment, measuring systems, and tools in proper working condition; keep work area organized and safe.
  • •Perform structural measurements before, during, and after repairs and execute OEM joining techniques including MIG/MAG welding, rivet bonding, adhesive bonding, and mechanical fastening.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on collision technician experience with advanced structural repair, ideally with OEM Structural Repair Certifications from instructor-led training.
  • •Ability to perform structural repairs using repair bench systems such as Car-Bench (primary) plus Celette, Car-O-Liner, Spanesi, and Global-Jig.
  • •Aluminum MIG welding/MIG brazing experience and aluminum adhesive bonding experience.
  • •Ability to interpret and follow OEM repair procedures, structural measurements, technical documentation, and work instructions.
  • •Valid Driver's License with good driving record and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
