Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts across multiple inventory types to meet accuracy goals.
  • •Verify and record shop-floor inventory data, comparing physical counts with ERP records and maintaining supporting documentation.
  • •Review ERP transactions and material movements to research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis of count variances, document findings, complete authorized corrections, and recommend actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Communicate shortages/variances to key stakeholders and prepare inventory accuracy, variance, and root-cause reports; maintain item labeling using 5S standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Prior experience with cycle counting, inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, or inventory movements preferred.
  • •Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
  • •Experience with Infor Syteline or M3 is a plus.
  • •Forklift or powered industrial truck certification required when operating applicable equipment; ability to obtain and maintain company authorization is acceptable at hire.
