Job Summary

Design, implement, and optimize SharePoint-based knowledge management solutions for the U.S. Army Counterintelligence, Counterterrorism, and Human Intelligence enterprise. Support process improvement, data management, and collaborative information sharing by working with government clients, KM working groups, and technical teams. Develop governance structures, workflows, content migration strategies, and deliver status updates, performance metrics reporting, and position papers assessing KM SOP effectiveness.

•Recommend and improve KM systems; design and implement SharePoint-based process improvement solutions.
•Improve information sharing across analysts and mission stakeholders by aligning processes and technologies.
•Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and records management tools to support analytic workflows.
•Compile reports on KM system performance metrics, usage statistics, and capability requirements (search, discovery, storage, retrieval, tasking).
•Conduct surveys/interviews and produce position papers to assess and improve knowledge-sharing methods, SOP effectiveness, and governance/maintenance plans.

•Must have Security+ CE certification and complete a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033.
•Experience developing and implementing SharePoint solutions and KM practices, including facilitating working groups and producing detailed reports.
