Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion the technical evolution of the Okta UI framework, ensuring a single source of truth for core administrative experiences across Okta products.
  • •Prioritize and execute a complex platform roadmap across design systems, globalization, and accessibility to provide a unified developer and end-user experience.
  • •Partner with global engineering, design, and research teams to deliver infrastructure that supports Okta’s scale.
  • •Synthesize complex customer and internal requirements into broad-value features for an international ecosystem.
  • •Leverage product data to optimize the developer experience for internal teams using the UI platform and measure platform initiative adoption.

Key Requirements
