Job Summary

Provide emergency response and medical support for Pilbara Mine Operations, handling incidents, maydays, and clinical treatments. Coordinate transfers with hospital and RFDS, prepare emergency response equipment and fleet readiness, and run mayday/alarm/communication checks. Lead and support the Emergency Response Team by recruiting, training, equipping, inducting, onboarding, and mentoring. Assist with OH fit testing and manage fire warden duties, evacuation drills, and response planning.

•Respond to clinical treatments, incidents/maydays, and medical emergencies.
•Coordinate transfers, including medical, hospital, and RFDS transfers.
•Prepare emergency response readiness (ERT), including equipment/fleet checks and emergency response planning/testing.
•Recruit, train, equip, induct, onboard, and mentor the Emergency Response Team and support fire warden/evacuation drill preparation.
