Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, implement, and modify PLC/equipment interfaces and support related electrical instruments for plant operations.
  • •Support and monitor extrusion coating lines, mixing plants, and winder software/PLC interface systems.
  • •Maintain process data collection from the shop-floor network using PLCs that feed the MES interface to SAP.
  • •Implement plant-wide communications/monitoring for Manufacturing Management and raw material monitoring for planning and inventory.
  • •Provide 24-hour/day support for the M61 extrusion coating line (PLC-controlled production line).

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical or Electrical Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Knowledge of Rockwell Contrologix Software; Siemens is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of Rockwell FactoryTalk View and Wonderware.
  • •2+ years of related work experience.
  • •Experience with PLC programming and HMI development, including control system design and modifications.
