Assistent Store Manager (m/w/d)

Lead day-to-day store operations alongside the store manager by managing opening and closing routines and supporting daily retail activities. Train team members on products and promotions, coordinate priorities and deadlines, and help drive sales targets, customer service, and store performance metrics. Maintain a positive team environment, represent the brand values, oversee POS and inventory tasks, and ensure compliance with company asset protection and loss-prevention procedures.
