Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for planning, safe execution, and delivery of a portfolio of Environment projects to “As Sold or better” financial KPIs.
  • •Evaluate delivery performance, pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting/budgeting, and performance reporting for Environment clients and projects.
  • •Provide proactive, hands-on support to Project Managers for financial monitoring, issue prevention, troubleshooting, root-cause resolution, and mitigation recommendations.
  • •Support contract understanding and lead comprehensive project reviews covering scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, resourcing, and client-focused agenda topics.
  • •Implement tools/processes for scheduling and physical % complete tracking (earned value), mentor Project Controls staff and develop deputy/Project Manager capability, and support dispute resolution and invoicing/cash collection.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or comparable technical/business degree, plus 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •US Citizenship or Permanent Residency; sponsorship will not be available for this role now or in the future.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle record (MVR) check per company policy.
  • •Experience managing projects end-to-end (pursuit through closeout) including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resourcing, and client relationships.
  • •Understanding of scheduling concepts and earned value management, with strong project management and communication skills.
