Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve MCP servers, tools, and skills that expose the platform to multiple LLMs.
  • •Design and refine graph-RAG pipelines that transform documents into agent-ready facts, entities, and relationships.
  • •Implement retrieval across multiple tiers (source, vector-RAG, dense graph) including temporal replay.
  • •Partner with QA on eval-driven improvements to response quality and factual grounding.
  • •Write clean, well-tested production code and participate in code reviews while monitoring deployed agents/models and iterating on performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years building AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
  • •Strong Python experience building LLM applications and agentic patterns.
  • •Direct experience building MCP servers, tools, and skills.
  • •Experience with RAG/graph-RAG, vector databases/embeddings, and graph data stores (Neo4j and/or Postgres/Supabase).
