Job Summary

Lead store operations for ALO by bringing operational strategy to life across sales floor and back of house. Own inventory accuracy, sell-through support, and labor planning/scheduling to keep the store customer-ready at all times. Partner with the General Manager on budgets, reporting, and business metrics, while investigating root causes and maintaining strong operational standards and a safe, efficient work environment. Also coach and develop an operations team.

•Oversee and support execution of key operational processes across the store.
•Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues by partnering to escalate process or system gaps.

•Support sell-through management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours for deliveries.
•Lead the Operations team through accountability, coaching, talent development, and effective communication.
