Key Responsibilities

•Operate and further develop high-availability sovereign GCP services with a focus on stability, scalability and performance
•Monitor SLI/SLO metrics and analyze and fix production incidents in a 24x7 environment including on-call duty
•Collaborate with global SRE and GCP expert teams for quick incident analysis, fault resolution and sustainable service optimization
•Document operational knowledge, standardize processes and advance automation and operational playbooks
•Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization of the system landscape

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed studies in computer science, engineering or a comparable master's degree
•Several years of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience and automation of operations and incident-management processes
•Experience in regulated industries with high compliance requirements (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare)
•Experience working in international environments with very good German and English skills
•Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a strong willingness to learn and work with modern cloud technologies
