Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage hydrogeological data and develop conceptual models and interpretation of data.
  • •Develop hydrogeological conceptual models and communicate findings to the project team.
  • •Use and learn software such as ConSim, LandSim, P20, FeFlow, Modflow, and Seep/W to support analyses.
  • •Lead or contribute to project tasks and prepare factual and interpretive reports under supervision.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and Directors to deliver hydrogeological risk assessments and related studies.

Key Requirements

  • •A postgraduate qualification (MTech, MSc and/or PhD) in hydrogeology or a hydrogeological discipline; working towards Chartership.
  • •Experience in managing hydrogeological data and developing conceptual models with interpretation of data.
  • •Ability to prepare factual and interpretive reports as a contributing author, with evidence of reporting competency where possible.
  • •Experience in risk assessment modelling using ConSim, RTM and LandSim.
  • •Strong team player with ability to collaborate across project teams and senior staff.
