Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, negotiate, and administer acquisition and sustainment contracts, including field maintenance and depot-level repair and overhaul agreements.
  • •Prepare and evaluate RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, SOWs, technical data packages, and source-selection criteria; produce technical and commercial evaluation reports.
  • •Manage contract modifications and engineering change proposals, warranty provisions, Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) contracts, and related contractual deliverables.
  • •Track contract budgets, funding profiles, financial obligations, and cost performance; support cost/price analyses and lifecycle cost assessments.
  • •Oversee logistics planning and supplier performance, including SLAs, operational availability metrics, MTBF/MTTR targets, and resolution of delivery or quality disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5–7 years in a contract-related role, preferably in acquisition, maintenance contracting, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or contract engineering.
  • •Experience with ground vehicle programs and vehicle sustainment, including knowledge of acquisition lifecycles, FAR/DFARS, contracting practices, and performance-based logistics.
  • •Knowledge of procurement, technical specifications, and maintenance operations, including MIL-STD requirements and lifecycle sustainment principles.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
