Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule production based on customer priorities, material/labor availability, and team resources.
  • •Coordinate production balancing decisions with the manufacturing supervisor, based on shortages and non-conformities.
  • •Support and orient the planning team, establish work priorities, and lead/coaching aligned to project goals.
  • •Lead planning meetings and processes including TIER 3, SIOP, and RCCP with production areas.
  • •Own planning parameters in Oracle and manage KPI reporting (e.g., schedule adherence, PDSL, RDSL, inventory and ITO goals) using data for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field; MBA or certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) are a plus.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in Production Planning and Supply Chain, including leading interdisciplinary teams.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • •Advanced knowledge of MRP / CRP / MPS.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise software.
