Job Summary

Schedule production based on customer priorities, material and labor availability, and team capacity. Lead and support the planning team, coordinate with supervisors and customer service to improve delivery dates, and run production meeting cadences (TIER 3, SIOP, RCCP). Own planning parameters in Oracle, validate production processes, and manage KPI reporting to drive continuous improvement across plant efficiency.

•Coordinate production balancing decisions with the manufacturing supervisor, based on shortages and non-conformities.
•Support and orient the planning team, establish work priorities, and lead/coaching aligned to project goals.
•Lead planning meetings and processes including TIER 3, SIOP, and RCCP with production areas.
•Own planning parameters in Oracle and manage KPI reporting (e.g., schedule adherence, PDSL, RDSL, inventory and ITO goals) using data for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field; MBA or certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) are a plus.
•5+ years of progressive experience in Production Planning and Supply Chain, including leading interdisciplinary teams.
•Fluency in English and Spanish.
•Advanced knowledge of MRP / CRP / MPS.
•Advanced MS Excel skills and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise software.
