Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform telemetry and log analysis and conduct hands-on debugging to drive root cause and corrective action for failed phased-array, Wi‑Fi, and power supply PCBAs.
  • •Build and maintain tools and custom software to objectively assess the performance and reliability of Starlink customer hardware.
  • •Run internal betas and product launches to identify and resolve design issues in new hardware or software before public release.
  • •Collaborate across engineering, production, test, inventory, quality, supply chain, and customer experience to deliver positive business outcomes.
  • •Contribute leadership and creative thinking to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, RF engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, or another STEM discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience with digital or mixed-signal designs using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and/or soldering equipment.
  • •Working understanding of networking technologies, including Ethernet protocols and Wi‑Fi standards.
  • •1+ years of data analysis experience in Python/R.
  • •Willingness to work on-site in Bastrop, TX (hybrid/remote not considered).
