Job Summary

Work on the Starlink Reliability team to analyze telemetry and logs and perform hands-on debugging of failed phased-array, Wi‑Fi, and power supply hardware. Build tools and custom software to assess performance and reliability of customer dishes, routers, and power supplies. Run internal betas and support product launches while collaborating across engineering, production, test, inventory, quality, supply chain, and customer experience to resolve design issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform telemetry and log analysis and conduct hands-on debugging to drive root cause and corrective action for failed phased-array, Wi‑Fi, and power supply PCBAs.
•Build and maintain tools and custom software to objectively assess the performance and reliability of Starlink customer hardware.
•Run internal betas and product launches to identify and resolve design issues in new hardware or software before public release.
•Collaborate across engineering, production, test, inventory, quality, supply chain, and customer experience to deliver positive business outcomes.
•Contribute leadership and creative thinking to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, RF engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, or another STEM discipline.
•1+ years of experience with digital or mixed-signal designs using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and/or soldering equipment.
•Working understanding of networking technologies, including Ethernet protocols and Wi‑Fi standards.
•1+ years of data analysis experience in Python/R.
•Willingness to work on-site in Bastrop, TX (hybrid/remote not considered).
