Ocean Freight Export Operation Specialist

Manage end-to-end seafreight export operations, from order receipt through shipment monitoring and final invoicing. Ensure documentation and shipment information are accurate and timely, prepare and release shipping documents including Bills of Lading, and coordinate with customers, customs brokers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and finance. Maintain correct system entries, control costs and profit margins, support reporting, and help identify opportunities to expand shipment terms.
