Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, plan, and implement manufacturing activities for all product lines to achieve Satellite facility goals.
  • •Manage and oversee production staff to achieve High 5 Metrics (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Inventory) via continuous improvement.
  • •Drive a zero-incident safety culture through environment, health and safety (MESH) initiatives and safety-focused leadership.
  • •Prioritize and execute the manufacturing schedule to meet customer, manufacturing, and financial requirements.
  • •Serve as a commercial point of contact in assigned Satellite territories, including pricing/quoting and customer-facing activities, and facilitate corrective action for production/quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering, or field sales.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • •1 year of prior supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferred).
  • •Strong technical and interpersonal skills, including excellent written/oral communication and proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCad, BidManager, AS400, and Vista, MAPICs.
