Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend to resort guests’ needs and ensure guest safety in assigned protection zones.
  • •Enforce safety rules and use preventative lifeguarding techniques to maintain a safe pool & beach environment.
  • •Provide instructions to swimmers and perform rescues, including lifting heavy people on a backboard.
  • •Complete daily pool/beach closing tasks such as hose down after the operating day.
  • •Contribute to resort clean up and perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1–2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
  • •Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • •Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; another language is acceptable.
  • •Ability to tolerate cold and hot weather, plus cold water, and stand for long periods.
  • •Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
