Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical production/factory equipment.
  • •Fabricate special purpose units for electrical measurement, control, and communications systems.
  • •Read and interpret maintenance specifications, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams; layout and install electrical wiring and systems.
  • •Analyze power/control/communication system failures, diagnose causes, and perform repairs to specifications; verify proper operation.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, observe electrical code and plant standards, follow safety rules, and complete required housekeeping and recordkeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •Have basic 3-5 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience.
  • •Complete a State Licensed Journeyman Apprenticeship Program or be able to complete it, or complete relevant Trade School / field-related AAS degree.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or IBEW experience.
  • •Preferred: 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience in addition to the required background.
  • •Preferred: State Licensed Journeyman and 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
