Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own Master Data Management processes within the area, ensuring alignment with group policies, standards, and Delegations of Authority.
  • •Validate MDM processes against business requirements and maintain process documentation for internal, ISO, and customer audits.
  • •Support M&A initiatives and IT projects (including ERP implementations) by defining appropriate Master Data setup and processes.
  • •Lead work packages in solution implementation projects and facilitate process design workshops.
  • •Partner with MDM Technical Solutions and IT to implement workflows in Informatica and MDM solutions in SAP backend systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly Master Data objects within the role’s area of expertise.
  • •Experience in process modeling and process design.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including facilitating workshops and managing work packages.
