Operations Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day operations for natural gas compression stations, pipelines, and related facilities within an assigned geographic area. Lead compressor and pipeline personnel, oversee planning across multiple locations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Operator Qualification (OQ), and manage safety and environmental concerns. Oversee budgets (Capital and O&M), performance evaluations, overtime tracking, and equipment and third-party maintenance work. Participate in project management, documentation, and representation of the company with stakeholders.
